I got the van early yesterday morning. James gave me a thorough explanation of the vehicle. I appreciate his gentleness and thoroughness. He must have been so tired after a few days' drive all the way across the country. But he was all smiles and so gentle. Please say thanks to James.

I test drove it to church and then to another shopping mall about 45 min away. I dont' have to lift up my son Yoseph any more from his wheelchair to put him on the seat! And it's so easy to operate the ramp with all the automatic features! It was raining pretty hard at the shopping mall and it was cold (believe me 45 degrees Fahrenheit with rain is kind of freezing cold in California). The van was parked a few feet way. All my family was standing under the eaves. I pressed the button. The sliding door opened. And I pressed the second button the ramp got lowered. We, all of us with Yoseph on his wheelchair, rushed into the car, and then closed the ramp and the sliding door. We were all so happy because it was so easy so quick. And we were still very dry.

When I played one of his favorite kid's music DVDs, Yoseph was all smiles and started singing, waving this arms, which is his own way of expressing happiness. He seems enjoying all the space around him. My daughter said, "I can stand up right and my head doesn't even touch the top. I love it!" When I open the sun roof, she said, "Cool! I can see the sky!"

My wife and I and two kids are so grateful for AMS Vans to specially to you, Brenda, for you patience and kindness in the past almost three months.
