I felt when I made the purchase a month before, that improvements had to be made so that the lightweight scooter that I own would be able to get up the ramp into the van. I insisted on coming back up to Atlanta after you reported that the van was ready, as I wanted to be sure that everything would work. It was good that I did, because even though you had had some improvements made, they didn't accomplish my needs. You and your staff worked for four hours making additional adjustments--actually working til 5:30, after everyone else had left--and I'm glad to report that my scooter is now using the van with no trouble at all.
