Thank you Josh and Katie and to your team, you guys are great and helpful. Even though my van was out of warranty you guys went the extra mile to help me get my van up and running again. To share my experience, I had problems with my van that didn't allow me to open and close the side door for the ramp the way it was intended. I went through so many channels with Chrysler until it dawned on me to call AMS, just a little slow thing I guess. I emailed Josh and explain what I was going through and all of that information on my van, hooked me up with the channels in the service and parts department to set things right. After receiving the new part they shipped to me extremely quickly without unreasonable shipping fees I was able to install the part myself mechanically but my knowledge wasn't there of the proper operations and tuning of the part. I called back their team and they did not hesitate to help me make final adjustments that I needed to make everything work properly. Now I have my transportation back without spending unrealistic costs on parts and service thanks to AMS team. Today's customer service has gone to the wayside and it's all about money, I did not experience that with AMS, they truly took my concerns to heart and were truly interested in helping me as an individual get back up and running.
